Another great build by Bardera Patios and another ecstatic client. This particular job in Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast was a rear Insulated Flyover Patio incorporating the Merbau Hardwood timber deck. The rear of this newly built home was never given much thought, with a steep slop to the canal at the rear and a small uncovered deck the area was mostly unused.
Our clients vision was to add an outdoor entertaining area that could be enjoyed all year round. Bardera Patios after several site visits and design concepts meetings with the owner finalized this design of the huge 10m x 6m timber decking and Stratco Cooldek insulated flyover roofing, you can see everything has been thoroughly planned including storage under the decking, additional posts to allow for Blinds to cut out the afternoon sun, stairs at each end of the deck to allow access to the rear canal from each end and the Stratco Cooldek insulated roofing to allow comfort when entertaining outside.
